The two-man team of Alexander Michelbach and Daniel Eugster has created a nifty color reference guide for the world’s most favorite beverage—beer!
Called ‘Beertone’ (a play on the iconic PANTONE color guide), it has been designed to help drinkers identify and choose the right type of beer—based on its color.
Each card features a detailed description of the beer—which of course includes color references from different color models (RGB, CMYK, etc).
Other information includes the alcohol by volume, the brewery, the name of the beer and its bottle design.
“With Beertone we are trying to combine beautiful design with the world’s most widely consumed alcoholic beverage: Beer,” said Eugster.
The Beertone color guide is price at US$39 each.
