Montreal-based fashion designer Ying Gao has created a pair of interactive dresses that light up and move around when it is stared at.
Dubbed the (No)where and (Now)here, the dresses are made from a photoluminescent thread which glow in the dark.
The dresses are also embedded with eye-tracking technology that activates tiny motors to move parts of the dress when it senses a spectator’s gaze.
When stared at, the dresses move in mesmerizing ways, and resemble jellyfish when lit up.
