Founded by Will Freeman and Conor Colwell, Pixelist allows photo owners to play ‘art directors’—providing the company with a vision, while it “takes care of the execution”.
With the help of “professional artists”, Pixelist aims to produce quality oil paintings that are affordable to the average person.
Pixelist is currently raising funds on crowd-funding platform, Indiegogo.
