Artist Yue Wu has recently started a fun series where he makes a drawing of the things he has “liked” on Instagram every day.
Instead of drawing each subject separately, he would weave all of them into an illustrated collage—while the different subjects may have nothing to do with one another, these drawings bring them together in an interesting visual narrative.
He would then upload these drawings onto Instagram and tag them with the original accounts that have inspired his art in the first place.
We think that this is a particularly creative way to remember the things that have struck a chord with us for a period longer than what it would take to double-tap a smartphone screen.
