Inspiring, Creative Office Designed As A Quirky Village Of ‘Indoor Houses’

Canadian PR agency BICOM Communications teamed up with designer Jean de Lessard to create an inspiring work space for its employees—the 4,500 square feet of open-plan space has been divided up into various work zones with whimsical house-shaped pods.

Reimagining the conventional office, de Lessard wanted to transform the office into a “stylized, off-beat village” that is made up with little houses, which serve as a reference to the vacation homes associated with a carefree childhood.

Each of these house-like rooms are also designed to have their own personalities—for instance, while one features wood panelling on the inside, another one has a shiny mirrored exterior.
