Twitter Testing A Redesigned Profile Page That Looks Like Facebook

Despite making changes to its homepage just last month, it seems like Twitter isn’t done tweaking around with its design.

According to Mashable, Twitter is testing another “major profile redesign” that looks awfully like “Facebook and Google+”.

Spotted by its assistant features editor Matt Petronzio, the redesign features an enlarged profile photo that has been moved to the side of the page. There are also new buttons that show the photos and videos posted, favorites, and lists.

The tweet stream was also revamped; the vertical timeline has been removed, placing “greater focus on photos and content cards”.

Mashabled reached out to Twitter, but the company declined to comment on the resign.

What do you think? Would you like to see the test redesign implemented?
