Based in Melbourne, Australia, Harris Soetikno has come up with a gorgeous set of playing cards that catalog the world’s popular holiday destinations.
His fascination with playing cards inspired him to make his own unique set, called “Cardazine”. A portmanteau of the words “card” and “magazine”, Soetikno wants to release his sets of cards like how each issue of a magazine is released each month.
It is evident that a lot of work went into researching each holiday destination, and the project pays tribute to many countries around the world. However, the creator was not able to gain enough funding on Kickstarter to realize his project.
Despite this setback, we hope that Soetikno will continue his work and find another way to realize this elegant set of playing cards.
