In an ‘iPhone WiFi Speed Test’ video by iClarified, it shows us the clear WiFi speed distinction between the new iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 5s.
This can be attributed to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus spearheading the entire generation of Apple phones with newly equipped 802.11ac WiFi.
The 802.11ac is not new, having already made its appearance in Android and Windows phones, but this is a first for Apple.
Nevertheless, to fully reap the benefits of the boost in speed, individuals also need to have a router that is compatible with this WiFi type.
