Is it out of habit or do we really believe that a cuppa in the morning will make us more productive at work? According to this infographic by Gryffin Media for Toll Free Forwarding, coffee does boost our productivity but only if taken at the right time.
It is recommended that we drink coffee from 9:30am to 11:30am and 1:30pm to 5pm so as to fully experience the effects of caffeine. The infographic also shares that smaller, frequent doses of caffeine are more effective than a large dose at one time.
