Designer Invites The Internet To Collaborate On A ‘Secret Poster Project’

Known for his witty and amusing pictograms, Swedish graphic designer Viktor Hertz has recently launched a Kickstarter campaign that is essentially an invitation to the online public to collaborate on his various projects and be part of his creative process.

Naming this crowd-sourcing experiment “The Secret Pictogram Poster Project”, Hertz is allowing all backers of the campaign to be involved in his next few projects—they have access to all behind-the-scenes details about these “secret projects” and get to vote on the upcoming project decisions.

In addition to direct influence on the designer’s work, pledging for the campaign would also come with an attractive line-up of both digital and physical perks, such as limited edition posters and a unique pictogram portrait of yourself or a friend.

For the maximum pledge, one would be able to have the designer fly out to his or her location to work on a graphic designer project of their choice for a week.
