London-based writer Matt Lindley, from online travel community Hotel Club, has created a fun infographic that lists several strange idioms from around the world.
Did you know that instead of saying “break a leg” (good luck) in Italy, they say “into the mouth of a wolf”? The person receiving it should also reply with “may the wolf die”, instead of saying “thank you”.
