Japanese design firm Nendo has incorporated a clever feature into the utilitarian umbrella, allowing it to ‘stand’ on its own on a flat surface as it dries.
For their latest product called ‘Stay-brella’, the team designed a pronged handle that lets users hang it securely from a table’s edge, much like a hook.
Unlike the traditional umbrella handle, the Stay-brella’s unique pronged handle lets it lean against a wall without toppling over when not in use.
