UI designer and copywriter Casey Ligon is also a very talented hand-letterer—we have previously featured her creative typographic food artworks.
Recently, she compiled a collection of the best hand-lettered chalkboard art that she created last year—all of these beautiful designs were made on a large chalkboard wall that she has painted in her apartment.
Unlike more conventional pieces of chalk art, her creations are wonderfully intricate and possess a sense of depth that gives them a lovely tactile feel—instead of using just white chalk, she has used colors to great effect in these pieces.
Taking inspiration from motivational quotes, song lyrics and even animated series Adventure Time, these impressive chalkboard artworks are available as prints here.
