If you could improve one thing which you use and love, what would that be?
That’s the question Vilnius, Lithuania-based creative agency New! asked themselves for a personal project, and set out on a quest for a better Wikipedia.
After a few months of hard work on the project called ‘Wikipedia Redefined’—in which New! looked for ways to improve the site visually and make it more user-friendly—they gave Wikipedia a new look.
From the ‘puzzle of knowledge’ logo to its search functionality and page headers, the tiniest of details were changed to create a site that’s—simply put—neat.
Wikipedia was even given a personal history tab, a highlighting option, and a save-for-later option.
Check it out in the images below. Or head over to Wikipedia Redefined for the detailed journey of how they agency did it.
