In winter, it gets so cold in Minnesota, U.S.A, that waterfalls can become completely frozen.
The rapidly cascading water of Minnehaha Falls—found near the entrance of the Minnehaha Park—solidified into an amazing sheet of brilliant blue ice during a particularly hard frost.
