Chicago bar-owner Julie Palmer has invented a simple, spherical apparatus that will allow drinkers to inhale alcohol instead of drinking it.
Working like a traditional vaporizer, the Vaportini gently heats up alcoholic substances until it releases intoxicating vapors—which is then inhaled through a glass straw.
The alcoholic vapors produced by the Vaportini is smooth and flavourful—absorbed directly into the bloodstream, they do not contain any calorie and allows more control as the intoxicating effect of alcohol is felt right away.
While it is unlikely to replace the drinking of alcohol, it is still a fun way to imbibe.
