The popular household cleaning brand, Cif, has created an iPad app called ‘Cif the Web’, and it helps to scrub away filthy content from the intent.
To create this app, Cif partnered with DLKW Lowe in order to allow children to have a safe internet browsing experience.
Noting that many kids nowadays get exposure to obscene online pornography at the young age of 8, Cif the Web blocks more than four million sites known to contain pornography, or violence. There is also a swear filter to remove offensive words from sites that kids may come across, and the words are replaced with innocent words instead.
