Artist Ekaterina Panikanova uses books as canvases for his latest project.
Called ‘Errata’, each book is opened with its pages laid flat while the artist draws on it, creating a collage-like effect.
Drawing inspiration from his mental disorder, Panikanova wants to focus on the transformative process of making something old and diseased into art.
While some drawings may be conceptual, each one has different overlapping textures, which make his work more life-like.
