Weird And Whimsical Chairs Designed By Little Children

Kingston University students Jack Beveridge and Joshua Lake recently visited a primary school in Kingston, Surrey, and asked a class of seven and eight year-olds to draw a chair.

The children doodled for an hour to produce designs for their dream chair. Beveridge and Lake then selected two of their favorites to build—a yellow rocking chair with attached goldfish bowl, and a green and red “Deniss The Menace” chair with slanted legs on wheels.

The duo has plans to produce more of the designs in the future.
