Sweden-based conceptual photographer Carl Kleiner, who previously created vibrant abstract compositions for Herman Miller and turned lamps into abstract paintings, is back with more elegantly beautiful work.
For ‘Postures’, he uses thin wires to prop up flowers that are twisted into unusual, unexpectedly lovely poses that are almost human-like.
One flower hangs upside down with its bud resting on the table, while two flowers engage in a graceful dance.
With their drooping leaves and curved stems, they seem to convey feelings of sadness and loneliness.
