Google has lunched its new ‘Google Calendar app’, designed to be a handy assistant that will help to manage schedules more efficiently.
The schedule viewer is filled with images and maps of the events, allowing users to easily navigate and track the line up of activities. It also comes with color blocks that resemble the the “index card” design, unifying all of its recently updated products.
The app automatically adds in events from Gmail to the calendar when a restaurant reservation, hotel or a flight booking is confirmed—with its new GPS function, creating an event will be a breeze with its smart suggestions of nearby locations and friends to invite.
The Google Calendar app is now available on Andriod 5.0, and coming to all other Andriod devices with 4.1 and above. It also has plans of making it available on the iOS platform.
