Renowned pumpkin sculptor Ray Villafane of Villafane Studios traveled to Ludwigsburg, Germany for ‘Kürbisausstellung’, the biggest pumpkin festival in Europe.
Ditching the traditional pumpkin for the green-tinged hubbard squash, Villafane created amazing sculptures of grumpy squash faces.
The greenish-gray exterior and orange flesh of the hubbard squash were the perfect touch for Villafane's realistic, twisted faces.
