Meet ‘C.A.R.L.’, a lonely robot who is traveling across landscapes that are eerily devoid of people.
The melancholic photo series of the same name is a collaboration between photographer David Ryle, art director Gem Fletcher and multi-disciplinary design duo Studio Boo.
Humorous and sad, the robot cuts a forlorn figure against the backdrops of a green leafy forest, deserted streets, and vast seasides.
