Every Surface In This Awesome Skatepark-Inspired Home Is Skateable

In Malibu, designer Gil Lebon Delapointe and LA-based architect, Francois Perrin, will be building an amazing skater dream home that looks like it has been converted from a skatepark.

The PAS House is designed for skating champion and founder of sports apparel brand Etnies, Pierre Andre Senizergues—when completed, one will be able to skate in one continuous line from the inside to the outside of this awesome home.

A full-scale prototype of the living room, with a 10-feet radius, was built to test out the theories of the design—the floor of the tubular room ramps up and curves to seamlessly join the ceiling.

The finished house will feature a living room, dining area, kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a skateboard practice area—every surface in it will be skateable, including the furniture.
