A Clever Logo That Can Only Be Read Properly When Bent In Half

Edgeboard is a handmade wooden chopping board whose unique feature is an edge that allows users to easily gather and slide food off it without spillage.

To put this element of the product at the center of its branding identity, creative studio MAUD has come up with a clever logo that “is only fully revealed” when bent down the middle around a corner.

When laid flat, the logo looks like a “B” that has been stretched out just a little horizontally—however, when it is applied onto an edge, this single letter is broken up into an “E” on one side, and a “B” on the other, making a reference to the product’s name.
