French photographer Alice Lemarin imagines how children could turn quaint urban spaces into lovely dreamscapes in her project, ‘Sleeping’.
In her project, various children were pictured in deep sleep with their heads propped against a pillow in urban spaces. Her photos were all treated in soft hues, adding on to the theme of childhood dreams and innocence.
Her subtle styling touches make her photos a real visual treat—she often matched the children’s outfits and pillows with their surroundings, making it seem as if the urban spaces they were pictured at intertwined with their dreams.
