Flickr user ‘Stormbringer’ created the fantasy LEGO robot set all Pokémon fans will want to receive this Christmas. Introducing “Pokémon Mecha”: robot mechs of Venasaur, Charizard, and Blastoise.
The three badass mechs are part of his first “Kanto” series, which took him three months to complete. Each giant mech comes with a minifig operator that sits in its belly to control the robot during “Poké-mecha” battles.
Building the intricate mechs was a meticulous operation, from acquiring the rare azure color medium for the Venasaur, to building Charizard’s complicated head and wings. Scroll down for photos of the robot creations.
