In response with a court ruling in Orange County, Florida, that allows for the distribution of religious materials in public schools, activist group The Satanic Temple has come up with The Satanic Children's Book of Activities that contains Satanic values and information on its practice.
The activity book features coloring pages and small exercises like word search puzzles and connect-the-dots albeit they are all related to the philosophy and practice of Satanism.
Lucien Greaves, spokesperson of The Satanic Temple explained that the group believes that “our constitutional values are better served by respecting a strong separation of Church and State” but they want to “ensure that these students are given access to a variety of differing religious opinions,” hence, the release of the book.
