Playful Black Silhouettes Interact With The Views Outside A Window

Spanish artist Pejac, last featured for his creative street art murals, has created a new body of work.

His latest artwork, captured in photographs by Silvia Guinovart Pujol, pays tribute to Philippe Petit, a legendary French high-wire walker, commemorating the 40th anniversary of his walk between the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York—using acrylic, he drew a black silhouette on a glass window panel, seemingly doing a tightrope walk on a streak of cloud.

This idea for this fun concept came when he was living in Valencia, feeling exposed without curtains on his windows, Pejac started exploring the use of paper and acrylic works on glass to protect his privacy—he used the view from outside his window as a backdrop to create miniature scenes for his black silhouettes, which are photographed by Paco Esteve.
