Photos That Show The ‘Downfall’ Of The Newspaper Industry

American photographer Will Steacy has captured a series of photos that documents the ‘downfall’ of the newspaper industry through the downsizing of the Philadelphia Inquirer—which is the third-oldest surviving newspaper in the US.

Steacy, whose father had worked for the newspaper for nearly 30 years, captured photos of the paper’s downfall from 2009 to 2012—which saw the paper move from its massive 526,000 square-foot headquarters to a single floor in an office building.
