Surreal Landscape Paintings Shows People Literally Immersed In Nature

Drawing inspiration from Miyazaki’s “Spirited Away” and Scandinavian landscapes, Berlin-based artist Moki camouflages human figures in the vast landscapes of her paintings.

The artist tries to fuse the human body with these natural landscapes as she wants to convey the feeling of being one with nature—in some scenes, the landscapes dress the subjects, like clothes.
