In response to gun violence tragedies worldwide, artist Greg Bokor created an engaging work of art to make a statement against the usage of guns.
Bokor spent almost 300 hours rendering a 20-ft-long x 8-ft-tall graphite drawing of an AR-15 assault rifle.
In his installation titled “Erase”, he displayed the large drawing beside a stack of erasers hand-stamped with the name and age of a victim from the Columbine, Virginia Tech, Aurora and Newtown massacres.
Viewers were invited to erase portions of the drawing in symbolic gestures supporting the eradication of guns.
