Disney To Build Its ‘Largest Store’ In China





The Walt Disney Company has plans to open its largest store in the Lujiazui district of Shanghai, China.



Scheduled to open in 2015, this 53,000-square-foot mall will include an outdoor plaza with Disney-themed landscaping, with plans to expand for entertainment purposes.



According to Stanley Cheung, executive vice president and managing director of the Walt Disney Company, Greater China, this will be a “uniquely immersive entertainment destination” for the family as it will “combine retail” with “fun and innovaton”.
