Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. has made a time-lapse video of its ‘Bigfoot Barleywine Style Ale’ fermenting in four traditional open fermenters over a period of six days.
The resulting footage is one that resembles a hypnotizing GIF as the blanket of beer sludge goes into a repeated cycle of rising and sinking.
