Photographer David Waldorf visited the trailer park in Sonoma, California, to document the lives of its residents for his project ‘Trailer Park’.
To get the intimate portraits for his project, Waldorf spent time with the residents and their families before photographing them as they posed and lounged in their trailer homes.
What culminated from his project was a strange yet thought-provoking mix of images that included a family portrait taken in a cluttered room, and a teenage girl posing with her basket of laundry as her mother looks on.
Their struggles may be evident, but their facial expressions suggest tenacity on their part.
