If you are still without a gift for that holiday party that is happening tonight, Amazon may be able to come to your rescue.
The online retail giant has just launched Amazon Prime Now, a one-hour delivery service that would cost Amazon Prime members just US$7.99—a two-hours delivery between 6am and 12am is free.
After customers have selected the items that they would like to purchase on the service’s app, the order would be processed and delivered by a courier within an hour.
Currently, Amazon Prime Now is only available in select areas of Manhattan in New York City—however, the company has plans to extend it to other cities in 2015.
