Photographer Captures Grandeur Of Some Of The World’s Most Beautiful Libraries

We have featured the work of French photographer Franck Bohbot several times before, but we are always impressed when we come across more of his photographs—especially these ones from his on-going series “House of Books”.

These pictures, taken in his signature almost-symmetrical style, present incredibly gorgeous libraries from around the world—other than the obvious beauty of the architectural details in these spaces, the fact that they are devoid of people makes them even more visually compelling than they already are.

Located in cities like Paris, Rome and Boston, these magnificent rooms are a treat to behold—and it is unlikely that you would be able to get such a private view of them anywhere but in Bohbot’s photographs.

Head over here to view all the images from the “House of Cards” series.
