Scandinavian financial institution Nordnet has created a series of funny ads that poke fun at generic bank ads.
In the spots, an actor spouts lines like “I’m an actor. I’ve been paid $8,000 to tell you how great Nordnet is compared to other banks” and “I now walk in this modern office, where I have a cup of coffee with another actor whom I’ve never met before”, while strolling through a dazzlingly white office.
Humorous and tongue-in-cheek, they are a refreshing change from boring bank commercials, giving the phrase “transparency in banking” a whole new meaning.
