Heineken has come up with an interesting way to find the right talent for its job offer.
Called ‘The Candidate’, the video shows the interviews of shortlisted candidates among 1,734 applicants.
The reality video showed three selected candidates who went through usual questions during an interview; they were also given something a little more challenging, when some ‘accidents’ happened.
The Heineken marketing community then had a chance to vote for the most deserving candidate.
The winning candidate had a big surprise waiting at the Juventus Stadium.
