What Designers Think Of When They Think Of San Francisco





The San Francisco division of design association AIGA asked creatives from all over the world to come up with posters that depict their impressions of the city.



For the exhibition ‘Inside Out SF’, designers such as Paula Scher, Stuart Youngs and David Park cleverly interpreted the Californian city with landmarks and ‘branding’ that refer to what they think of when they think of San Francisco—these include the San Andreas Fault line, and the city that’s “Not New York”.



The 100 posters would be sold at an auction, with funds collected going to design-related education programs, scholarships, and events.
