Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman’s giant rubber ducky arrived in America last week, and its first port of call was Pittsburgh.
The 40-foot tall duck was towed down the Ohio River and reached Pittsburgh on Friday, 27 September.
It floated its way downtown along the Allegheny River and thousands of excited spectators lined its banks, eager to welcome their new visitor.
The rubber ducky is expected to stay in Pittsburgh until 20 October. It previously visited Taiwan, Hong Kong, Beijing, Osaka, Sydney, Sao Paulo, and Amsterdam.
Let's hope that it doesn't ‘die’ this time.
