A One-Of-A-Kind Sushi Roll That Is Made With Ramen Instead Of Rice

Food blogger Kyle Marcoux—aka the ‘The Vulgar Chef’—has created a one-of-a-kind sushi roll that substitutes rice with ramen noodles.

Simply called ‘Ramen Sushi’, he creates the unique dish by first boiling the noodles with seasoning. Once cooked, he strains the liquid, and adds shredded cheese to the noodles to give it a sticky texture.

After setting the noodles aside to cool, he rolls it with seaweed using a sushi mat. The ingredients he adds to the dish include scallops, kimchi and bacon.

To complete the dish, he drizzles it with some Sriracha and sprinkles freshly chopped basil.
