An Adorable Tomato-Shaped Beanbag That Works Like A Camera Tripod

If you find that having to whip out your tripod every time you want to take a picture to be too much of a hassle, Brooklyn-based designer Josh Berry has the answer—a small, portable beanbag that looks just like a heirloom tomato.

Compared to a conventional tripod, the “Heirloom” is easier to position, even on small surfaces that is not completely flat and level.

Equipped with a standard 1/4-inch bolt, it can be mounted securely with cameras and smartphones with tripod adaptors—DSLRs mounted on the Heirloom can be tilted at a 45 degree angle on most surfaces, while smaller cameras or smartphone would be able to achieve even more tilt.

The Heirloom is currently sourcing for funds on Kickstarter—if you are looking for an alternative way to keep your camera stable while out snapping photos, you may want to pledge for it.

Watch the video below to find out more about how it works and how it can be used.
