At this year’s annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) held in Las Vegas, luxury German automobile manufacturer Mercedes-Benz unveiled a new, hyper-futuristic concept vehicle called the F 015 “Luxury in Motion”.
With no steering wheel but just four rotating seats and a range of screens installed throughout, this vehicle is completely self-driving and allows all passengers to interact with controls and entertainment that reflect on the screens.
This car is estimated to be released in 2030, aiming to give passengers a new, ‘first-class’ experience of travelling in a car and as Dr. Dieter Zetsche, chairman of Daimler AG and Head of Mercedes-Benz Cars puts it, become the “most coveted item of the 21st century”.
