Design journalist and author Michael Evamy will be releasing a follow-up to his successful “logo bible”, LOGO, that was released in 2007.
Titled Logo: The Reference Guide to Symbols and Logotypes, the new book, printed as a mini version with publisher Laurence King, includes more than 1,300 symbols and logotypes, giving designers a visual and comprehensive guide to logo design and its history.
In an interview with It’s Nice That, Evamy talked about his favorite logos, his thoughts on what makes a great logo, and how designers should approach the process of creating one.
Evamy’s new book will be available in February 2015—you can place an order here.
