These Horrifying Taxidermy Photos Are The Stuff Of Nightmares





mothmeister’ is a Belgium-based collective that specializes in taxidermy and photography. They have created a horrifying photo series called ‘Wounderland’, in which they dress up and pose with the very same animals that they taxidermized.



Dressed as “ugly masked creatures”, their costumes serve as commentary against the “dominant exhibitionism of the selfie culture and beauty standards marketed by the mass media”, according to Bored Panda.
