Food and lifestyle website The Daily Meal recently published an article that lets you know exactly what 1,000 calories worth of food at different fast food chains look like.



Featuring well-known establishments like McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Chipotle, the article highlights how little it seems to take in some cases to hit the 1,000 calories mark—for instance, a single burger at Burger King would already cost you 1,070 calories.
