Moscow-based media artist Dmitry Morozov has recently created an awesome 8-bit “camera gun” that literally shoots and prints your photo instantly on receipts.
To create his unique camera gun, Morozov used modified parts of an old Game Boy, a camera, and a thermal printer with an Arduino.
As demonstrated in his short video, Morozov “shoots” his subjects with the camera gun before printing their grainy portraits on the attached roll of receipt paper.
