Virgin Atlantic Launches World’s First In-Flight Art Gallery

Virgin Atlantic is adding a little something extra to its Upper Class service: the world’s first in-flight art gallery.

Passengers traveling between London and New York would be treated to the high altitude art gallery, which would be decked with the artworks of British street artist Ben Eine.

The service dubbed ‘The Gallery in the Air’ would feature 10 of Eine’s work, from 1-18 February; and would allow traveling art buffs to view and purchase the pieces duty-free, at a cost $4,000 to $24,000.
