Capturing Color And Tranquility In Photographs





We are all surrounded by color—a gift of light that we tend to take for granted.



Emphasizing the fullness in the word ‘colorful’ is Hamburg-based photographer Oliver Schwarzwald’s Color series.



Schwarzwald’s work reminds us why all things colorful is so delightful.



Placing random everyday colored objects like balloons, paper flowers and ‘willow ribbons’ in arbitrary places, the series as a whole has a very vivid yet calming effect.
